To achieve our goals, we actively engage in forming strategic alliances, creating educational initiatives, utilizing the resources available within institutions, and integrating our approach into the educational institutions and programs we collaborate with. Our primary focus lies in fostering improvements in Academic, Behavioral, and Music Performance indicators among the young individuals who participate in our programs.
―
All children selected to participate are expected to maintain a drug and alcohol-free lifestyle. They should also maintain at least a C GPA, pledge to stay in school, demonstrate a commitment to learning and excelling on their instrument, attend supervised practice sessions regularly, and actively take part in end-of-semester performance events. In addition, we diligently collect and maintain comprehensive data on various aspects such as behavior and academics, attendance and retention rates, school improvement initiatives, coordination and participation levels, music curriculum adherence, and alignment with state standards.
